Holy Thursday

Holy Thursday is a commemoration of the Last Supper of Jesus Christ, when he established the sacrament of Holy Communion prior to his arrest and crucifixion.

Good Friday

Good Friday, the most solemn day of Holy Week, commemorates the Passion of Jesus Christ. It is a day of reflection, penance, and deep contemplation on the ultimate sacrifice made for the redemption of humanity. Christ’s Passion, culminating in his crucifixion and death, reminds us of the weight of our sin and the unfathomable love of God.

Holy Saturday

Holy Saturday is the day that falls between Good Friday, when Jesus was crucified, and Easter Sunday, when he was resurrected. It is a day of quiet reflection and preparation for the joyous celebration of Easter. 

Saturday, April 4th

Easter is the celebration of Christ's resurrection from the dead. It is celebrated on Sunday, and marks the end of Holy Week, the end of Lent, the last day of the Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday), and is the beginning of the Easter season of the liturgical year.
