Thank you to all of you who came for our Adoration and Reconciliation this past Wednesday evening.  What a great turnout.  We are blessed with so many beautiful things in our Catholic Faith and to share them as a Parish family is a wonderful gift.  May God bless each and every one of you.

Middle School Youth Rally

All youth in grades 6-8 are encouraged to attend the Diocesan Middle School Youth Rally "Face the Book" to be held at Norman County West School in Halstad April 24 from 11:00 to 6:00.  The keynote presenter will be Mark Hollcraft from the Cathedral in Crookston.  The day will include Mass, a Eucharistic procession from the school to Holy Family Church, a 3 on 3 basketball tournament, activities with DJ Bill Lage who will teach you the Catholic Dance, and fun with 250 other youth from across the Diocese.  The cost of the day is $25 with some help with funding available from the parish. Registration forms were passed out at class.  Transportation will be provided.  If you are in need of additional forms, to register for the rally, to register for the basketball tournament, or have any other questions, please contact JoAnne Ranstrom.  Registration is due by Sunday, April 11.  Parents, strongly encourage your children to attend.  It is a wonderful opportunity for them to grow in their Catholic faith.

St. Patrick’s Day Dinner:

We would like to thank everyone who helped make the St. Patrick’s Day Dinner a success again this year.  All of your cooperation and hard work was very much appreciated.  A total of 480 tickets were sold with a net profit of $1,465.78.  The two $50.00 door prizes went to Nic Yutrzenka of Argyle and Elizabeth Yeado of Warren.

About our pastor.....

Fr. Emmanuel S. Sylvester has devoted his life to help people discover and develop their own unique qualities of greatness. He has served among the tribals in West Bengal, India, as Headmaster in a Bengali medium high school. He holds a Masters in Social Work from Loyola College, Madras. He served as a chaplain for seven years for migrant Bengalis in Mumbai. He has written 29 books (in English, Tamil languages) on socially-relevant issues. He is presently pursuing higher studies while serving in our parish.
